Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?

No worries — just let us know withinĀ 7 days of delivery.Ā Email us atĀ info@sunghue.com.auĀ with the following details:

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• A few clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and affected jars that were damaged.

Our team will review your claim and arrange aĀ refundĀ orĀ replacementĀ as quickly as possible.

Change of mind?
In line with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been delivered.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costsĀ can’t be refundedĀ for situations beyond our control, such as:

  1. An incorrect delivery address entered at checkout.

  2. Parcels returned to us because they weren’t collected.

Shipping fees cover handling and delivery by Australia Post and are consideredĀ completedĀ once a parcel has been lodged with them.

To avoid issues, please make sure your delivery details are correct and that parcels are collected within the required timeframe.
