I purchased the 3 pack. So far I've only opened the mild. Tried it on a few dishes and it found tasty and added a zing to the dishes. Mini chicken dim sims, Cabbage mince stir fry, Steak, sausages, cheese crackers. Would recommend this if you are timid and like a little adventure with out the pain.
