Serves: 2 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 10–12 mins
Ingredients:
· 2 medium steaks (approx. 200–250g -sirloin, rump, or ribeye)
· 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Sauce (use mild heat)
· 1 tbsp soy sauce
· 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Brush over steak before cooking.
3. Grill or pan-sear to your preferred doneness, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
4. Rest the steak for a few minutes, then slice.
5. Drizzle extra Sunghue Chilli Oil on top for extra heat. 🔥
Serve with: Ramen (Instant Noodles).
