Ingredients:
1. 1 pack store-bought dumpling wrappers
2. 150g minced pork or chicken
3. 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil (any heat level, Mild has the most flavour)
4. 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
1. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix minced meat with 1 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
2. Assemble dumplings: Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wrapper. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
3. Cook dumplings: Boil in water for 6–8 minutes or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
4. Serve: Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil before serving.
