Ingredients:
1. 200g cooked rice noodles
2. 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil
3. 1 tbsp soy sauce
4. 1 tsp sesame oil
Method:
1. Heat Sunghue Chilli Oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
2. Add cooked rice noodles and toss to coat.
3. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until noodles are hot and evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions:
- Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds, or fresh coriander.
- Add a side of stir-fried veggies or protein for a complete meal.
- Extra Sunghue Chilli Oil on top for more heat.
