Serves: 2–3 Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
· 300g beef or pork mince
· 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Sauce (use your preferred heat, Mild has the most flavour))
· 1 tsp garlic, minced
· ½ cup breadcrumbs
To Serve:
· 2–3 bread rolls or buns
· Optional: lettuce or fresh parsley for garnish
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) or heat a pan over medium.
2. In a bowl, add meat mince, Sunghue Chilli Sauce, garlic, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
3. Shape mixture into small meatballs (about 12–15).
4. Bake for 12–15 minutes or pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
5. Serve meatballs in bread rolls with extra Sunghue Chilli Sauce and lettuce if desired.
