Ingredients:
1. 200g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
2. 250g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
3. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4. 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil (adjust to your heat preference)

Method:
1. Cook pasta; reserve some pasta water.
2. Sauté garlic in Sunghue Chilli Oil.
3. Add prawns and cook prawns until pink.
4. Toss pasta with prawns, garlic, and a splash of reserved pasta water.
5. Serve immediately.
