Ingredients:
1. 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Sauce (any heat level)
2. 2 white fish fillets (e.g. basa, barramundi, snapper, or cod)
3. 1 tbsp soy sauce
4. 1 tsp sesame oil
Method:
1. Place fish fillets on a heatproof plate that fits inside your steamer.
2. Mix Sunghue Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
3. Spoon the mixture evenly over the fish.
4. Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
