4-Ingredient Steamed Fish with Sunghue Chilli Sauce Glaze

This 4-Ingredient Steamed Fish with Sunghue Chilli Sauce Glaze is light, healthy, and full of flavour. Tender steamed fish is topped with a sweet-spicy chilli glaze made using Sunghue Chilli Sauce, creating a simple restaurant-style dish ready in minutes.

Cook time: 10–12 minutes

Ingredients:

1.      2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Sauce (any heat level)

2.      white fish fillets (e.g. basa, barramundi, snapper, or cod)

3.      1 tbsp soy sauce

4.      1 tsp sesame oil

Method:

1.      Place fish fillets on a heatproof plate that fits inside your steamer.

2.      Mix Sunghue Chilli Sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

3.      Spoon the mixture evenly over the fish.

4.      Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5.      Serve with hot steamed rice. Garnish with spring onion (optional)
