Spicy Egg Fried Rice Made Simple-Only 4 ingredients

Turn leftover rice into a quick and delicious meal with this 3-Ingredient Fried Rice with Sunghue Chilli Oil. Ready in just 10 minutes, this easy recipe combines fluffy rice, eggs, and the bold flavour of Sunghue Chilli Oil for a simple dish that's packed with savoury, spicy goodness.

Serves: 1–2       Cook Time: 10 minutes  

Ingredients:

·         2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil

·         2 cups cooked rice (best if cold)

·         eggs

·         1 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil in a pan.
  2. Add eggs and scramble, then remove.
  3. Add the rest of the oil and rice. Stir-fry until hot and slightly crispy.
  4. Add soy sauce and the scrambled eggs. Mix well and serve.
  5. Drizzle extra Sunghue Chilli Oil on top before serving for added flavour.

Tip: Use leftover rice for the best texture.
