Ingredients:
· 2 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil
· 2 cups cooked rice (best if cold)
· 2 eggs
· 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp Sunghue Chilli Oil in a pan.
- Add eggs and scramble, then remove.
- Add the rest of the oil and rice. Stir-fry until hot and slightly crispy.
- Add soy sauce and the scrambled eggs. Mix well and serve.
